On Friday 20th September, Hermitage Park Community Centre is hosting their monthly charity coffee morning, with a Health and Wellbeing focus.

Everyone is invited to join us for coffee & cake alongside the following organisations;

• NHS Health Checks Team 
• Disability Assist
• Kent Fire Brigade
• Imago – Young Carers
• Kent County Council including the Financial Hardship dept.
• Sateda
• Kent Association for the Blind
• Alzheimer and Dementia Support

We will also be hosting our Sporting Memories group in the afternoon, offering the chance to reminisce, replay and reconnect through the power of sport and physical activity.
